Due to the personalised nature of our products we do not offer refunds for change of mind.  We do, however, offer a customer satisfaction guarantee so will work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@identityurns.com and we will address the issue with you directly.
