About our custom cremation urns
A plain urn rarely says anything about the person inside it. Our custom cremation urns start with something they loved: an authentic ball in their team's colours, or their own preloved ball. We hand-clean and reinforce it, then use our patented resin-fill process to create a permanent, sealed chamber for their ashes.
Every urn is hand-crafted to order in Doonan, Queensland, and holds about 3.8 litres, enough for the full ashes of most adults. Add engraving on the display stand and a clear display case to make it personal. Families across Australia, the UK, the USA and New Zealand have chosen Identity Urns, with over 1,000 families served and a 5.0 rating.
