HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESPATCH MY PURCHASE?

We ask that you allow 14 days from order so that we can craft your urn and stand  though we usually despatch well within this time.  Please feel free to call or email if you have specific time requirements and we will endeavour to assist you.  

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

FREE DELIVERY applies for all orders delivered in Australia with standard Australia Post Parcel Post or Sendle courier service depending on location.  This usually takes 5 - 7 days to most areas.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your delivery.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?

FCS Express Post

We offer Express Parcel Post delivery from $20 depending on parcel size.
Orders despatched before 9AM AEST in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your delivery.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED?

No signature is required.  Our deliveries are GPS monitored and photographed at delivery to ensure they reach your place of delivery.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO AUST POST POST OFFICES AND PO BOXES?

FCS Delivery

 

Yes, we can deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes as long as you choose the Express Post option at checkout so we can send via Australia Post.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

All deliveries have a unique tracking number and link which will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched. Delivery progress can then be tracked either via the Aramex, Sendle or Australia Post website. Australia Post also allow you to sign up for email or SMS updates on your deliveries progress.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do ship internationally and pricing is calculated at point of purchase prior to payment.  We use your choice of Australia Post International Standard Post or International Express Post.
PLEASE NOTE you may incur customs and tax charges in your destination country which will be your responsibility. We do not charge sales tax on exported goods.
